2018 STINT Timeline

Application Due Date: 2/26/2018(Monday)
  • Interview –You will receive an email or a call within 2 weeks for an interview after you submit a complete application including a fee.
Training
  • CRU STINT Training in Dallas, Tx – 4/20 ~ 4/22
  • You will take training alongside fellow STINTers from other CRU ministries
Support Raising
  • You are required to raise amount needed for your STINT year before your departure. You will receive training and coaching to help you raise the support.
    • If you want to know more why we raising support for STINT, you can read Cru policy at this link.
STINT Briefing Conference – you will need to attend STINT briefing conference in August before your departure. The conference is held in Chicago with all the STINTers being sent by Cru.
Send Off Service – Your sending city will arrange a send off service for you
Departure – Depending on your receiving country, you will depart at the end of August or sometime in September.
Return Date from STINT – Your return date will be end of July.

Japan has been known as the forerunner of technology and home to the most innovative gadgets and indispensable electronics. While the country may seem to have all the best aspects of the Western world, they lack the most crucial one: a Christian presence.

ASIA MINOR

Walk literally in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul. Have the Bible come to life as you go back to where Christianity all started. Unravel pre-conceived mis-conceptions of Islam as you engage with top-tier students in the Middle East.

B-CITY. EAST ASIA

The bridge from the past to the future, B-City has gone through massive renovations in recent years and has surged into the global limelight

SOUTH EAST ASIA

War. Communism. A heaping bowl of noodles. Perhaps these are the things that first come to mind when you first think of SEA. But, in recent years, the country has grown through open doors and economic reforms. General stability within the country has risen as the country has strayed from its stringent Communist ideals.
